Terms of Service1. General
• By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms of service.
• You will receive a digital painting in PNG format, delivered in full resolution. Physical prints of the artwork will not be provided.
• For personal use only.2. Process
• Turnaround time ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the complexity and current workload.• I will send 1-3 work-in-progress pictures to your email for your approval.• Stages: sketch, colored draft, detailed draft, final version.• Major changes are possible on early stages, but on further and final stages are for additional fee (e.g. changing the pose, composition).• Minor changes are possible on all stages (e.g. small details, color adjustments).• 3 minor changes are included in the final piece at no extra cost, while any further alterations will be subject to an additional fee.3. Payment
• I accept payment full upfront via PayPal.
• No refunds are allowed.
• If for any reason I find myself unable to complete your commission, I will refund you the payment in full.4. Copyright
• I retain all copyrights over my artwork. This includes the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion (e.g. social media posts, artist portfolio, etc).
• I cannot and will not reuse/resell commissioned images for personal and commercial projects.
• You can use your commissioned piece for any personal use (e.g. printing, icons, signatures, wallpapers, etc).
• You may post/repost your finished piece anywhere online as long as I am appropriately credited.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own, edit it, or redistribute it commercially.
• You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork in anything related to crypto art/NFTs, and using the artwork as an AI prompt is forbidden.
